The Olympics 2024 opening ceremony in Paris sparked intense backlash after performing a mockery of the Last Supper and satanic rituals.

Christians across social media, including NFL kicker Harrison Butker, expressed their outrage after the Olympics opened with a mockery of the Last Supper using transgender drag queens, along with what many considered satanic rituals.

Independent journalist Kyle Becker published photos and videos on X (Formerly Twitter) describing the heinous abomination. Becker reported that “queer art director” Thomas Jolly was responsible for the “anti-Christian themes” during the opening ceremony.

“How do you write a show in which everybody, at one point, feels represented and a part this bigger thing, this bigger ‘us’?” Jolly said. “It’s ambitious but also complex because one has to broaden one’s own imagery, one’s own outlook and include everyone, understand everyone so that no one feels left behind.”

Even after intense backlash, Jolly defended his position.

“We stuck together for this shared humanity in which everyone could recognize themselves, find themselves and say: Yes, we’re all different, but we’re all together. That was really the idea behind this ceremony,” he said.

Countless Christian leaders decried the disgusting mockery of Our Lord.

Harrison Butker’s Response to the 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony in Paris

NFL superstar and traditional Catholic Harrison Butker responded to the blasphemous opening to the 2024 Olympics opening in Paris, France. He expressed his outrage on both X (Formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

In his post on X, Butker quoted Glations 6:7-8.

“Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.”

Galatians 6:7-8

Butker also posted an excerpt from the same Bible verse on his Instagram story.

“This is crazy,” Butker wrote, along with a photo from the ceremony. “‘Be not deceived, God is not mocked.’ – Galatians 6:7′”

Let us pray in reparation for this horrendous act against God:

Act of Reparation for Blasphemies Uttered Against the Holy Name of Jesus

O Jesus, my Savior and Redeemer, Son of the living God, behold, we kneel before Thee and offer Thee our reparation; we would make amends for all the blasphemies uttered against Thy Holy Name, for all the injuries done to Thee in the Blessed Sacrament, for all the irreverence shown toward Thine Immaculate Virgin Mother, for all the calumnies and slanders spoken against Thy spouse, the holy Catholic and Roman Church.

O Jesus, who hast said: “If you ask the Father anything in My name, He will give it to you,” we pray and beseech Thee for all our brethren who are in danger of sin; shield them from every temptation to fall away from the true faith; save those who are even now standing on the brink of the abyss; to all of them give light and knowledge of the truth, courage and strength for the conflict with evil, perseverance in faith and active charity!

For this do we pray, most merciful Jesus, in Thy name, unto God the Father, with whom Thou livest and reignest in the unity of the Holy Ghost world without end. Amen.
